Responsible for the academic advising of a group of 200-1050 students. Advocate and mediate for student concerns related to grades, degree plan, and instructor issues. Examine the academic process of student through graduation. Execute maintenance actions and help with creating a sound education foundation. Guide students in making optimistic education choices. Responsible for student case load management - Progression, retention, Completion and Reentry. Developed positive working relationships and rapport with student case load. Recognize student issues, evaluate student requests and determine suitable means for resolution.Define and interpret policies and procedures.Understand and update database consistently.Develop relationships with the Student Service Team members.
