Responsible for all aspects of development of BLCF’s business interests including long term income growth, philanthropy, partnerships, communication and new business initiatives.

- Oversee diversity and social inclusion programmes that engages hard to reach groups, improving community cohesion, integration and equal opportunities- Strategically launch, coordinate and deliver projects approved by senior leadership within budget and against business KPI’s - Represent the department with regular reports and presentations to the Senior Management Team and board of Trustees- Build efficient relationships with partners and key agencies to develop and sustain innovative programmes - Responsible for the day to day management of the inclusion department as well as the ongoing coaching and mentorship of staff

- Monitored and supported the overall progress and development of students- Supported a range of young people diagnosed with SEN – ASD – ADHD & Dyslexia- Covered absent Primary Teachers – across both KS1 and KS2

- Coached and developed 8 - 16year olds in line with the national governing body (FA) guidelines- Trained, mentored and tracked the development of staff
