Responsible for test assurance and transformation activities across the Digital Development Centre that has a size of 100+ resources in test both onshore and offshore. Transformation activities include optimizing the Test Strategy, supporting the move to SCRUM and embedding suitable test frameworks and automation. The assurance activities focus on supporting Test Managers in regards to the test approach, reviewing testing requirements as well as providing governance of deliveries made by our strategic business partner and other third parties, ensuring they in accordance with Nationwide’s Corporate Test Process.

- Producing test estimates and test plans as part of Sprint Planning, highlighting test scope, risks and dependencies.- Leading and supporting team of Digital Testers on all testing activities- Performance management of the Digital Testers- Task management of any contract resource- Reviewing any test plans and test reports produced by the team- Analysing the End of Day reports to ensure the team are on track to deliver to deadlines- Embedding the test processes for the new Sitecore CMS - Attending project meetings to provide guidance on test requirements- Defect management - Test execution when required
