This role was to improve the operational flow of the business by looking in depth using Kaizen approach brought in by Professor Yamashina's World class mail. This is an adaption of World Class manufacturing that Professor Yamashina introduced into companies like FIAT and Toyota. This role involved prioritising and attacking the biggest losses in the operation, then delivering higher throughputs and zero defects.This role required the ability to deliver results, presenting to large audiences and managing across different departments.

Universally Speaking is a small business that provides localisation, QA and audio services to the games industry. Within the role I proactively sought new business opportunities within the gaming sector and I worked with new and existing clients whilst managing their accounts. I also compiled research for new areas that can be explored for the business. This position had a steep learning curve and demanded visible results in a short period of time. It also required excellent communication skills in liaising between departments to ensure deadlines were met.

Working within the QA department, I had to meet very strict deadline, whilst updating bug tracking databases. I was tasked with leading teams to ensure work was done efficiently. I was required to use a multitude of bug databases, including devtrack.
