Design & Brand Management• Design and amplify communications strategy and branding.• Develop the “voice” through general communications.• Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals throughout LBF including any design carried out by other ministry departments.• Network, partner, assign and manage develop graphic design projects and video productions with paid and volunteer artists.• Strategize, develop and deploy new branding for LBF ministries – in concert with our “mother” brand.• Unify and integrate existing print and electronic publications in visual style and content.Web & Social Media• Expand LBF’s online presence integrating web, mobile, and social media applications.• Evaluate and track engagement on all communication channels.• Creatively build followings on various social media outlets.• Manage ongoing social media interaction and messaging.• Design marketing and advertising initiatives directed at our local community leveraging web and social media applications. General Communications• Managing graphic design and production, workflow, workload and priorities.• Partner with pastors and directors in developing custom communication strategies.• Determine most effective communication strategies with concern for return on investment. • Copywriting, content development, editing for all church communications including: bulletin, newsletter, websites, social media, brochures, email communications, video-based communication, etc.Worship Service Communications• Work closely with the Worship/Teaching Ministry in supporting the worship services through stories (video) and graphics as related to series branding and ministry promotion.• Participate in creative planning sessions in developing message series themes, supporting graphics, video, stage design, signage and other custom elements.• Develop and implement worship center stage design sets. • Strategic lighting for the purpose of enhancing stage elements.+ More
