As a summer intern, my primary role was to configure and deploy iPad's to students in the school corporation. In order to accomplish this, I was a part of the interview team that hired the other summer workers. In this job, it was important to maintain communication with my superiors and coworkers, accurate data, and meet set expectations in order to finish before students returned from summer break.

This was a part time job and high school Co-Op class offered to seniors. I worked for the high school technician where we fixed issues throughout the building. In a school of over 2,000 students, communication is important, as well as customer service with the large number of employees. During this time I became experienced using Eduphoria Helpdesk where I closed hundreds of request tickets. I also worked with the webmaster of the school corporation to edit, update, and transition formats of the different school websites across the district.
