• Responsible for production of daily, weekly and monthly supplier and operational performance reports for senior stakeholders of Lloyds Banking Group. Analyse various KPIs including, but not limited to, productivity, quality assurance, regulatory outcomes, incoming and outgoing volumes.• Create ad-hoc and automated reports through VBA to suit the business needs such as providing in depth analysis of changes to Complaint Management Company behaviour, root cause on analysis on changes to patterns in decision making as well as providing insights through data manipulation on how to improve processes. • Write complex SQL code to interrogate the Data Warehouse by combining various data sources in order to provide various operational insights.• Design, create and maintain dashboards utilising Microsoft Excel VBA or Power BI, providing in depth visualisations to senior stakeholders to examine how changes to strategy are impacting the overall business.
