Inside of work, I like to combine creative thinking with strong (self) management skills. Communication, organisation and teamwork/team leading are my strengths. I find myself at my best -- and get the best out of others -- in a highly organized and highly motivated workplace. Adaptable across a variety of situations, I have done everything from leading company-wide training roll-outs to helping manage the safety and behaviour of over 1500 young people.Outside of work, I'm a published short story writer and try to keep my hand in creative activities as much as possible.
