For the past 11 years I have worked for one of the UK's largest Water companies, with my most recent role being a Lean Deployment Specialist within the Operational side of the business. As part of my current role, I train, coach and develop many individuals at all levels in various areas of Lean and Continuous Improvement to achieve Green Belt/ Black Belt accreditation, and there have been many benefits seen from the numerous projects completed.Since commencing this role I have become an expert in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and regularly rollout the training courses throughout the company, as well as deploy it at site level where improvements in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) have been seen and this has meant reduction in costs and breakdowns, as well as improvements in performance, quality and safety.
