Building the reputation of the regions first dedicated strength training facility, Desert Barbell, for the past 6 years. An integral part of growing the sport of Powerlifting in the GCC through my work as a coach at the prestigious Desert Barbell via online education, coaching services, and event (SBD PowerMeet & seminars) organisation.Working with powerlifters and coaching national to international standard athletes at national and international competitions in the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). Developing and delivering educational courses to over 100 PT's, coaches and strength training enthusiasts across the Middle East.Training general population clients to improve their overall health and wellness through strength and hypertrophy training for the past 14 years starting as a CrossFIt coach in the UK, then becoming Head Coach of The Burrow in Kuwait and moving to Dubai where I coached at Base3 creating their Olympic Weightlifting Barbell Club and ending up at Desert Barbell.
