Developing and delivering educational courses to over 100 PT's, coaches and strength training enthusiasts across the Middle East.Training general population clients to improve their overall health and wellness through strength and hypertrophy training for the past 14 years starting as a CrossFIt coach in the UK, then becoming Head Coach of The Burrow in Kuwait and moving to Dubai where I coached at Base3 creating their Olympic Weightlifting Barbell Club and ending up at Desert Barbell.
