An eCommerce and online advertising nerd.Let’s put it this way -If I spend 12 hours per day managing and talking about eCommerce and digital advertising for/with clients, I could spend the other 12 hours of my day reading white papers, studies, and strategies, and still be craving more.Before founding ECG, I served as the Director of Operations for one of the largest multi-national beauty and cosmetics etailers. During my time with that organization I was tasked with implementing a full-scale ERP, merging two wholly owned subsidiaries, designing and deploying scalable software architecture, and improving operational processes as it related to the eCommerce division.My keen understanding of eCommerce best practices, thorough understanding of consumer behavior, and relentless testing has allowed me to develop a set of skills specifically designed to improve eCommerce conversion rates and build advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS. I value honesty, integrity, and effective communication. These are the values by which I operate my organization and employ during interactions with clients, employees, and contractors.A bit about me, personally -My wife and I love to travel – we most recently visited Ireland and fell in love with the history, food, and people. I am an avid golfer and will occasionally pick up a tennis racquet when the Mrs. can’t find someone else with whom to rally. I love playing chess, listening to historic non-fiction audio books, and spicy food!
