Having an established reputation for deploying and supporting complex messaging solutions for large scale government and private organizations. As the Messaging landscape transforms to Cloud platforms my focus has shifted to migration projects, specializing in Hybrid environments with multiple identity solutions.Currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer on large scale Office 365 migration projects encompassing Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Azure Active Directory with Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).As the Senior Messaging Specialist Technical Lead for the New South Wales Department of Education & Communities (DEC) I lead a team of Technical SME’s to delivered and support enhancements to the organizations messaging environment. The DEC environment consisted of 176,000 mailboxes hosted centrally on Exchange 2007 and 2010.From 2014 through 2017 I project managed the ICT component of a large club development in Port Macquarie. Responsible for the design and build of a new communications room, migration of server, voice and networking infrastructure whilst ensuring no disruption or downtime to the business.I pride myself on having the ability to communicate complex IT discussions in a non-technical way, managing multiple ICT priorities and relating on a personal level.
