Currently employed as the Marketing Coordinator of OurAuto, the commercial arm of the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC). The key objectives of my role are: Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, Stakeholder Liaison, Strategy, Governance and Measurement.

Worked for the Altona/Melbourne North multi-franchise operation, which had a database of over 10,000 customers that obtained finance for housing, motor vehicles and insurance. The operation was a multi-award winner of the Mortgage Choice Victorian Business Excellence Award. The main objectives of this role were to develop B2C marketing strategies and manage the BTL/TTL marketing activities. Major achievements:* Increased loan book from $180 million to $270 million, based on development of marketing and administration strategy. * Successfully upgraded content on both franchises websites, with both consistently ranking in the top 25 out of 100 franchises in Victoria, resulted in generating 20% more leads per annum and high SEO rankings.* Developed CRM communication plan, which improved customer retention and repeat business by 15%.* Designed relationship marketing program, where existing clients were rewarded for referrals, resulted in an increase in client referrals by 25%.* Launched 4 new products, which provided cross-selling opportunities, resulted in an increase to gross revenues by 10% and improved customer retention.

YHA Australia is part of the backpacker accommodation network, Hostelling International. Its Australian division is a NFP member-based organisation, with locations across many Australian capital cities.In December 2002, I was promoted to the role of Inbound Travel Coordinator based in YHA Victoria's State Administration Office, with the main objectives of this role were, to arrange all inbound travel reservations, administration and assist the National Marketing Department with general marketing duties. Major achievement:* Launched 2 new products in 5 international markets, which increased revenue by 15%.

In May 2000, I joined YHA's Melbourne Retail Office as a Travel Consultant, with the main objectives of this role were the sale of YHA membership, travel insurance, domestic and international travel.Major achievement:* Top retail sales staff member for YHA memberships, travel insurance and domestic travel from 2000-2002.

The Radisson Melbourne is part of the global Radisson accommodation chain, which is a 4.5 star, a 184 room hotel catering for leisure and corporate travellers.In September 1999, I joined Radisson as a Concierge/Porter, with the main objectives of this role were assisting hotel guests and training new staff.Major achievement:* Multiple nominee for Employee of the Month.
