As the Director of TYRE BUTLER, I lead a company that offers convenient and reliable mobile onsite tyres and battery retail services to customers across Singapore. With more than two decades of experience in the tyres and battery industry, both in international and local retail sales, I have developed a deep expertise and passion for delivering value to customers, building and leading teams, and growing the market share and reach of tyres and battery products and services.In my current role, I have successfully established the company from scratch, hired and managed staff, planned product purchases and development, overseen marketing and corporate sales, and designed and customized mobile tyre changer and balancer machines for retail operation. I have also increased the number of mobile service van fleets by two times, secured major MNC corporate clients, and won the 2019 Micro Winner (Digital Leap Award) for innovation in the tyres industry. Furthermore, I have achieved a year-on-year turnover increase of at least 50%. I have strong skills in market segmentation, interpersonal communication, and automobiles, as well as a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations.
