Daniel Erwin focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation and business torts, dram shop and liquor law, professional liability, products liability and defense of director & officer liability claims for non-profit organizations. Mr. Erwin has a particular emphasis on cases involving high-exposure personal injury litigation and transportation law, including complex, catastrophic losses. He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from South Texas College of Law with honors. Mr. Erwin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and Trucking Industry Defense Association. Mr. Erwin volunteers his time to serve on the HBA Special Olympics Committee as well as the DRI Trucking Law Committee.
