Senior Cost Manager
Current-Develop and implement project cost control strategies to ensure the project is completed within budget. Supervise and manage the cost accounting, cost forecasting and cost analysis work of the project, and timely identify and solve cost overruns or waste problems.-Prepare the budget plan of the project, including the cost budget for each stage of the project including construction, operation and maintenance. Supervise and manage budget execution, adjust budget plans in a timely manner to ensure the economic benefits of the project.-Cost assessment of the project, including estimation and analysis of various costs such as land acquisition, construction materials, labor, etc. At the same time, evaluate the risk factors of the project and formulate corresponding risk management measures to reduce the cost risk of the project.- Negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers, contractors and other partners to ensure that contract terms comply with the company's cost control and management requirements. Supervise and manage contract performance and resolve contract disputes and problems in a timely manner.-Collect, organize and analyze project cost data, generate relevant reports and analysis results, and provide reference for the company's high-level decision-making. Regularly report project cost status and forecasts to company management, and propose improvement suggestions and measures.-Lead and manage the cost team, guide the work of team members, and ensure the efficient operation of the team. Organize and carry out training and learning activities related to cost management to improve the professional capabilities and knowledge level of team members.
