Following are some of my responsibilities and achievements - In charge of electrical interface and integration between Rear & Front BCM and rest of the vehicle, which includes more than 35% of car electrical load, including digital and analog I/O, LIN, CAN, PWM, relays, and H-bridge - Characterized BCM HW , released, and delivered it from concept to production on BCM on prototype and VP phases- Designed Control Architecture and Wiring for all Exterior, Interior (Ambient) and Functional lighting on Base, Mid, and Premium level- Executed new topology on Ext. lighting to cover Safety goals and ADAS features - Led DFMEA meeting on subsystem level- Wire and Harness Team and Testing & Validation support- Unconventional idea to implement BRM(Bike Rack Module) , resulted in saving $500k in ED&T, 210 gr in weight, $45 piece price, space saving, and avoid packing- Brought novel way of controlling Power Lift-gate, led to saving $700K in ED&T, $88 piece price, and 113 gr in car weight- Helped as Temp Program Manager e.g.: Tracked/Ordered materials and parts for the Low Voltage EE for every vehicle milestone, to ensure over $2M of international and domestic parts were delivered on time effectively and efficiently- Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics for more than 15 different domestic and overseas suppliers- Mentored one Intern on device transmittal, wire and harness design for bench test, electrical block diagram, Logical schematics- Assisted China Team with onsite visits to solve build problems, as well as 24/7 remote support on Body and Door control modules- Design Release Engineer (DRE) for different sensors (RLS, IIAM and BBUS)
