Daniel spent 16+ years in the business world as a chartered accountant and CFO. At the age of 29 he was at the pinnacle of his career and on the surface life seemed perfect. However, in 2019 Daniel experienced a panic attack followed by a 4 year burnout and recovery. During this 4 year period, filled with depression and PTSD, Daniel dove into wellness, neuroscience, positive psychology and human potential and recovered from burnout. He also discovered the art and power of coaching in his 4 years of deep research and learning. In 2022 Daniel became certified as a Certified High Performance Coach."I believe I went through burnout so others don't have to."
