Start up of first textile operation of Delta Apparel Inc. outside USA.Plant design, engineering support to architectural and construction teams, on site project management, equipment selection, management selection of a 30,000 m2 vertical integrated plant, knitting, dyeing, finishing and cutting. Production start up and achievement of initial target of 700,000 lbs of cotton fabric per week.

Part of engineering team that designed, constructed and started up the first two textile facilities of Gildan outside Canada. The first one in Honduras was a vertical facility of 30,000 m2 capable of producing 1,100,000 kg of cotton fabric per week. The second one in Dominican Republic of 40,000 m2 capable of producing 1,400,000 kg weekly. I was the on site project manager for both facilities that were completed on time and on budget.
