To attempt to put into words what I will change in this country, only limits the extent of our capability of change. To quantify change in a physical aspect is the end resultant of hard work and perseverance. By constantly projecting change, society can only be forced to evolve. It’s a true leaders responsibility to spearhead change and be the focal force, leading from the front. A leader isn’t perfect, a leader doesn’t know everything, and a leader doesn’t quit. A leader will fail, and embrace failure, so as to always learn from venues foiled and proven unsuccessful. The American people are the utmost of importance to the American leader, as well as anyone willing and wanting to become a free citizen to Mother Earth. To know the needs of the masses, and facilitate between the conglomerates, maximizing the resolute while maintaining the highest standard of morality and unwavering ethics.Equality for all and respected diversity is the foundation for the success of any leader and any conglomerate. Discrimination in any capacity is unfounded, but to understand, that’s where differentiation is instrumental and detrimental. For every reaction, there is a reaction, and this becomes applicable indefinitely.
