Dan represents employers in a variety of labor and employment legal matters with a special focus on wage and hour class action litigation and other employment disputes. He also defends companies facing government investigations. Dan joined Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP, from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office where he was the Chief of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Fair Labor Division, Massachusetts’ principal labor law enforcement authority.
