My responsibilities include:  Preparing students for English tests. Many of my pupils have continued onto higher levels and have passed English proficiency tests, such as the IELTS.  Communicating effectively with students of varying levels of English ability, as well as forming effective partnerships with teaching assistants and other professionals working at the schools. Giving trial lessons to prospective students, which has led to dozens of students signing up with the companies. At Whales English, I have also been tasked with evaluating teacher’s lessons. I watch a recording of the lesson, give in-depth personal feedback following the school’s criteria and write some strengths and suggestions for improvement, which are then emailed to the teachers.
