At IoP I have led the development of Level 7 (Masters Degree level) modules for digital marketing and digital strategy as part of the National Open College Network's diploma in Strategic Leadership of Performance and Productivity. I also assisted in the development of various other modules for both Level 5 and 7. My role beyond writing the modules included leading the development of educational videos and resources pertaining to the course; as well as developing the learner management system (LMS) for the client.

Responsibilities included: building and maintaining the company’s e-commerce website. This involved front-end and PHP, modifying PrestaShop theme and plug-ins to suit the company’s requirements whilst keeping the end-user in mind. I also undertook an important role in turning the e-commerce website into a profitable sales avenue for the company through my work doing both on-site and off-site SEO. I carried out various marketing activities including; leading marketing meetings, organising events, organising (written and photographic) content for the company brochure and other marketing material, both digital and printed media.

As website designer I was responsible for designing websites and web graphics to clients' specifications. I often liaised with clients in order to produce work that met their needs and design standards. As well as designing the websites, I undertook some front-end web developing duties and was frequently tasked with coding the designs that I had created in HTML and CSS. We managed several e-commerce websites built on using the Magento platform, I carried out monthly reports using Google Analytics data. I also took professional standard product photographs for e-commerce websites that we had developed.
