• Develop and maintain the Program Master Plan (overall Level I – Level II).• Responsible for the development, updating, reviewing, and analysis of Level I and II Schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.• Responsible for integrating and interfacing all Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities within the above scopes of work.• Validate Level 3 and 4 performance against Level 2 schedule requirements.• Analyze schedule critical paths.• Develop impact analyses for delays, formulate mitigation plans, and initiate corrective actions.• Advise on matters that could prevent meeting objectives.• Participate in the decision-making process to optimize overall planning performance.• Train and support contractors in their planning and scheduling activities.• Lead the Planning and Optimization team, providing guidance and oversight.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize project delivery.• Oversee the Design Completion Assurance activities in accordance with Management Team procedures.• Manage and coordinate As-Built activities in accordance with Management Team procedures.
