Have over 13 years experience working with Autocad and Auto desk, including the years I worked for Designtech Engineering. Currently I work independently and will collaborate with others I specialize in Architectural drawings , but am open to expand my horizons. I am very flexible and will accommodate to your individual needs on drawing sets.

Providing technical support for Chamberlain, Liftmaster, and Homelink products. Processing credit card and return orders as needed using SAP ordering system. In addition, gained Workforce management experience as one of the participating Queue Managers. As Part of the RTS (real time support) Team provided internal chat support for frontline agents, and handled cases requiring both real time and stantard escalation.

Answered incoming calls and resolved customer requests and issues. In addition I handled escalated calls when needed and provided floor support to fellow peers.

As Enumerator I went door to door with a Hand held computer updating the address book and map database for the 2010 Census. As an LCO Clerk I proofread questionnaires for legibility and accurracy. Occasionally i inputed data into the computer system and even reworked questionnaires with any issues. Occasionally this involved placing out bound calls to Crewleaders for verification.

I generated 2D and 3D renderings for both Residential and Commercial buildings using CAD Software. Each project involved a site plan, a main floor plan, Plumbing plan, Foundation, Mechanical, and Framing plan. Sometimes additional drawings for details were needed and executed.I usually used AutoCAD 2005, but occasionally if needed I had to use AutoCAD R14.

This was My first job and it usually was a freelance position. During busy times I created and set up fliers for realtors which got mailed out. At times we would mail out 250-500 fliers per listing. In addition I provided the realtors support by answering phones if they were busy and making xerox copies when needed.
