Oversee the day to day security operations of my assigned client site.  Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development  and support. Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees. Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.

Responsible for the safety and security of the transportation systems,  people, and commerce. Screening of all individuals and property prior to  boarding an aircraft. Maintaining control and command presence  throughout the security checkpoint. As the Network Intelligence Officer,  responsible for briefing all other officers and management within my  security checkpoint on new, up and coming threats that we've gathered  intelligence on through communicating with all other agencies. Make  sure they all have a clear understanding of the threats, how it relates to  our mission, and the importance of the day to day work of the  transportation security agency. Completed the two week training program  at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Georgia.

All store responsibility including inventory, managing employees and meeting all freight, margin, and sales goals.
