I work with stakeholders, and lead teams to consensus on project objectives, while developing innovative solutions to business challenges and managing budgets, timelines and personnel.I have led the successful transition of our organization-wide business system from SAP to NISC, two redesigns of the cooperative’s website and mobile applications, overhauled operational financial forecasting processes and models, deployed a successful data analytics strategy and toolset, and introduced new technology tools to field operations employees.
