As the initial Director of the Morgan Center, I lead the development of a new minor in entrepreneurship for business students and a minor for non-business students. In addition, under my leadership the University received over $500,000 of grant funding for the Center facility and program development and support.

As Associate Dean, I had oversight responsibilities associated with undergraduate business courses and adjunct faculty. During this period, I was also responsible for the oversight of the Evening and Weekend Program. I also participated in the development of articulation agreements with area community colleges, the preparation of the biannual ACBSP.

Provided complete support of the company job training program for accounting and finance professionals for the Saudi Aramco Oil Company. Work included implementing process changes, preparation of continuing education material, and the development of training manuals. Also provided support in the implementation of the SAP system.

Responsible for overall operations of a small start-up electronics manufacturing company that assembled electronic circuit boards for various companies, including a Fortune 500 company. Also responsible for starting a computer retail division that sold computers, developed software and provided computer consulting.

Responsible for maintaining the financial reporting system for a small semi publicly held company. In addition, responsible for developing and maintaining a cost management system for the company’s manufacturing operations. Duties also included the resolution of legal issues and coordination with outside legal counsel.

Practice of law in a fifty member law firm with emphasis in corporate business planning, taxation, and estate planning. In addition, research of legal issues, writing of memoranda, and preparation of various legal documents. Also, represented clients before IRS and State of Ohio taxing authorities.

Extensive tax research and writing of memoranda concerning issues of corporate and individual tax issues. Preparation and review of tax returns as well as written advice to various clients. Representated clients before the IRS and State of Ohio taxing authorities.
