OBJECTIVE:To secure a position in Construction Management, Procurement and Contracts Management which utilizes my work experience, education and provides a path forward with new and increased responsibilities within the Supply Chain.OVERVIEW:Twenty-eight years of hands on experience in the procurement process in the capacity of Purchasing Agent, Procurement Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Director of Purchasing. Responsibilities have included proposal generation, construction management, supplier and contractor sourcing and qualification, negotiation of labor and equipment contracts, purchasing strategies, and the development of policy and procedure. Work has involved educational, manufacturing, government and commercial facilities, interstate highways and bridges, petrochemical and turnkey power projects ranging from $10,000 to over $200 million in both domestic and international markets. Commodity responsibility included: fabricated steel and alloy components, tanks (pressure rated and knocked down) in excess of a million pounds per year, plus highly engineered capital equipment and engineering services for fortune 100 clients. Construction experience includes the site project management of: commercial buildings, projects for the FAA, VA Hospital and projects for the USAF.
