Creating budgets, equipment life cycles plans and depreciation schedules for audio visual systems deployed throughout the district 7 (Chicago, Detroit and Des Moines). Ensuring all team members are kept informed on projects by scheduling and holding team meetings, including ensuring collaboration on projects by all.

Built and deployed a Global Video Conference network consisting of over 100 Cisco Tandberg endpoints in 14 locations: deployed Audio Visual – Video Conferencing technology in over 175 conference rooms, including 6 large auditoriums and 8 executive board rooms.Ensured corporate meetings were successful by building a team specializing in Audio/Video technologies. During 2012, the Audio Visual Team provided support for more than 1500 meetings including 300+ large scale events, such as the Annual Shareholders Meeting. Designed and built the CME Group’s new CATV real-time market quotes system. Designed and commissioned CME Group’s Audio Visual – Video Conferencing systems on-site for offices based in London and Ireland.

Preparation of programmatic and schematic design documentation. Early-stage systems design documentation including final report and budgets, collaboration with client’s user groups, facilities managers and design team members.
