Warranty Service Administrator
Current- Liaise with Construction, Sales, Administrative, and Legal teams to ensure timely delivery of suites according to occupancy schedule, while ensuring standards are met with minimal deficiencies
- Respond efficiently and accurately to a wide range of homeowner inquiries for multiple high-rise projects, adhering to all internal policies
- Establish and maintain homeowner records and suite files at site; process and update deficiency tickets in BuilderLynx throughout the Tarion warranty process; track and generate deficiency reports
- Collaborate with site teams and trade partners to ensure suite delivery standards are met through the pre-PDI, PDI, and post-occupancy phases
- Establish and oversee the key release process at site in collaboration with Legal and Property Management teams; generate weekly and monthly occupancy reports for upper management
- Create and revise Tarion CCPs; administer and process Tarion 30 Day and 1 Year Forms; coordinate with service technicians to evaluate warrantability of deficiency claims and schedule service
