Directs accomplishment of assigned functions in the Force Provider/Quartermaster Group of the Soldier PSID consisting of Technical Publications, New Equipment Training/Total Package Feeding, Integrated Logistics Support and Provisioning Support. Direction/execution through subordinate supervisors/team leaders, making adjustments, modifications and revisions to meet objectives. Establishes and ensures adherence to schedules and priorities; interprets technical policy, procedures and regulations, and provides technical and administrative advice and assistance as required to resolve problems and maintain continuity of work. Resolves highly complex and controversial technical and administrative problems, and develops policy for guidance in future situations. Determines policy deficiencies in overall operations and makes necessary modifications in policies, procedures, functional changes and assignments.
