I have taught various supplementary labs to undergraduate courses ranging from electricity and magnetism to classical mechanics. Responsibilities include providing lectures, help sessions for the course, lab supervision and safety, and timely grading and feedback for the students.

I lead a lab group section specializing in experiments which involve the optical induction of photonic lattices in photorefractive crystals. Recent experiments involve observations of pseudospin in honeycomb lattices, the photonic analogue to carbon graphene, although I have previously been involved in projects concerning the transverse instability of solitons under focusing and defocusing nonlinearities and the utilization of three-dimensional lattice arrays to trap micro particles in air. Besides conducting experiments and analyzing data, my responsibilities involve the training of new students, webmaster of group site, maintenance of lab equipment, and collaboration with members outside the University involved with our lattice experiments as well as various members in our group involved in other projects.

I worked to help mobilize hospital patients throughout a top ranked large research hospital through performing treatments alone or in conjunction with various physical and occupational therapists. The majority of my patients were from orthopedics, general surgery, intensive care, pediatric oncology, and pediatric rehabilitation. My other responsibilities included schedule maintenance, providing mechanical lift and safety training to nursing staffs throughout the hospital, and performing departmental efficiency analysis to where I was involved in various committees with hospital leadership.
