At a high level I managed leased real estate, their associated facility projects and contractual obligations. I enjoyed developing projects that truly met the needs of the business and functionality for all of the building occupants, beyond solely the occupants requesting the project work. A most notable achievement involved developing a business case to greatly reduce the expense for solid waste provider costs by an estimated 20-25%, delivering to my former VP a lean solution that also increased safety, reduced labor hours, and freed up valuable real estate space.

I was involved with corporate strategy planning for the 3 tiers of sustainability management (People, Planet, Profit). Notable achievements during my tenure include, developing a framework for company wide utility and waste metric reporting database and managing the first sustainability materiality assessment.
