Investment Services & Products- Head of 6 Zurich based teams (Risk Analyzer; Investment Guidelines Monitoring; KPI Analytics Mandates; KPI Analytics Advisory & Products; Client Reporting; Data & Process Engineering) and one Center of Excellence team located in Wroclaw, Poland- Responsible for the market risk framework for the discretionary multi asset-class products and funds managed within IS&P Investment Management, including relative and absolute return strategies, over CHF 60bn assets- Product Risk Classification / Investment Suitability: development of tools and processes to ensure the appropriateness of investments for each client as required by FINMA, covering discretionary and advisory clients- Investment Review Committee chairman: enforce that allocation and selection decisions are consistently implemented in all different products and international locations- Maintenance of a high-quality reporting in favor of the senior management to steer the business, analyzing key performance indicators like assets under management, net new assets or profitability- Performance and attribution reporting for all discretionary products and funds to the management and Private Banking- GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) verification for the discretionary products- Client reporting for external custody mandates- IT budget owner to further develop and maintain the risk and controlling environment- Responsible for the whole data management and data process engineering

Investment Services- Development of a new market risk framework, including processes and tools, for absolute and relative return oriented discretionary products- Responsible for the setup and management of all target portfolios of the different discretionary strategies, coordination of strategy actions and execution of trades- Involvement in the development of a portfolio management system as a business expert, covering the requirements of the portfolio managers, strategy execution and reporting
