American Airlines Terminal 4/5 Modernization Program- Conducted preliminary utility layouts for a new terminal controls center, verifying MEPF design feasibility, which enabled early identification of conflicts and development of RFI’s which helped mitigate schedule impacts.- Managed field operations overseeing 10+ subcontractors for project closeout which contributed to the successful commissioning of the new Terminal 4/5 Connector Building at LAX Airport.- Managed and oversaw teams of 6+ subcontractors related to the installation of LAX Terminal 4 structural improvements resulting in successful and timely install.

Valencia Water Reclamation Plant - Advanced Water Treatment Facility; Project Engineer- Managed and oversaw the purchase and acquisition of highly specialized pre-engineered wastewater treatment systems and process equipment as part of an $88M, 8 MGD Advanced Treatment Facility resulting in the successful delivery of equipment within time-sensitive fast-track project checkpoints and milestones. -Reviewed and analyzed contract drawing related to pipe routing and equipment skid orientation leading to the development of over $200K in change order work related to errors found in contract drawings.- Effectively interpreted drawings for field crew use and coordinated layout and installation of subgrade process water and chemical feed system piping networks which helped maintain the progress schedule despite material delays and design changes during construction.- Managed work coordination of 20+ MEP trade workers simultaneously to ensure the project remained on schedule and achieved major contractually defined milestones ahead of possible liquidated damages. - Coordinated takeoff and purchasing of process valves utilized on the project allowing for the successful purchase of over $1M worth of valves and associated components while also minimizing need for reorder/rework of purchased material.

Worked as the Resident Project Representative on a major facility maintenance upgrade at PVSC in Newark, NJ. - Responsible for day-to-day observation and monitoring of construction activity pertaining to the relocation of facility sump pump controls to elevations above historic flood levels. Worked directly to provide project design engineers a more extensive observations of the Contractor’s work and to coordinate construction activities with the plant engineers and operators.Site supervisor for limited geotechnical investigations throughout southeastern Queens, NY as part of an NYCDEP CSO-plaNYC initiative. Oversaw the completion of permeability tests and soil borings which were used to analyze soil conditions for future implementation of Right of Way Bioswales.
