I currently work as a freelance quality consultant as well as assessor/IQA on Apprenticeships and Employability courses. I also run AET (Award in Education and Training) courses through Learn Harrow (Harrow Council). I have a lot of experience in IQA/Quality Assurance (Management, Media, Business Admin, IAG, ITQ, Courses, etc) and assessing of the same. I also train new IQAs, trainers and assessors CAVA, TAQA, etc), and perform quality observations of trainers/assessors in the workplace. I have further experience of management of vocational learning, including writing or contributing to self assessment reports for Ofsted (SAR), ‘Matrix’ applications, bid writing, project management, liaising with awarding organisations, linking with businesses, and working directly with client groups.

Liaise with local businesses to secure Apprenticship employment. Market and recruit for courses on offer at S&DA. Register candidates for their awards. Internally verify NVQ portfolios

Manage approvals and registrations with awarding bodies such as City and Guilds. Organise external training such as 'PTLLS' train the trainer courses.

Project manage ITQ training and quality monitoring for IT training for disabled people. Tutor

Ran 3 online learning centres catering for community and business clients. Had total autonomy to manage marketing, recruitment, strategic direction, funding/finance, and learning strategy.
