Due to the outbreak of Covid 19 across Victoria, I was tasked to assist the Department of Health and Human Services as a remote Contact Tracer. Over a 2 year period, I managed a team of 10-15 agents in the collection of data and assisted with training, escalation, auditing and reporting back to the Health Department.

• Have facilitated expansion of the program to Queensland and Tasmania, with some initial events also being held in WA and Victoria.
• Have developed and delivered three national Young Adults Life Skills Retreats, which have focused on personal empowerment, life skills, health and relationship management.
• Established an ongoing National young adult online support group. My involvement has resulted in this group now being self-sufficient in providing peer support which is the main purpose for this platform.

• Key team member of small leadership team responsible for delivering programs for children aged 7-17 years.
• Successfully planned and delivered national respite weekend programs covering most states and territories across Australia.
