As a research technician, I am responsible for conducting and carrying out various biochemistry experiments which involve techniques in RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, Real-time PCR, cell culture, Western Blotting, as well as immunostaining for flow cytometry and multiple assays some of which include GSH/GSSG, ELISA, TBARS and Bradford assay. Additionally, I am well trained to collect animal samples such as blood, bone marrow and lungs.
