Customer/Patient prioritization. When a consumer does any type of business, there is always an expectation of having a seamless and consistent experience. My first and foremost goal in any position that I have been or currently in is to go far beyond that consumer expectation. Anyone can make a business but what puts a business on top of others is the consumer experience. When I start a new job, I want to absorb all facets of the job. What are the expectations? Why are they in place? Can we improve on these expectations? It's the little details that are vital so I like to make sure to be as detail-oriented and precise as possible. I pride myself on my soft skills and I always make sure to keep my lines of communication as open as possible to my coworkers as well as people in different functional roles to adapt to those around to make an overall better working experience. I navigate between achieving the goals of the company and ensuring that consumer needs are met.How does one get apply this in the retail setting? Utilizing TAG or together achieving greatness , I maximize my efforts to make the consumer's day better by training my peers and taking an active role in their development. I use positivity to make work an convivial place to be, building an atmosphere of fun. Sometimes I find that my peers will come in with fresh perspective which helps me and the business grow, and I am more than happy to make sure that those contributions do not go unnoticed. After all what are great leaders, without a great team.
