Adding agentic functionalities to previously developed Intelligent Assistant

• Led the development of the AI component of a product support Assistant for products with a yearly revenue > $100M, with a percentage of Relevant and Complete Answers >75%• Developed the production API to host these AI functionalities using Python and FastAPI.• Researching and utilizing state-of-the-art NLP technologies, such as Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Langchain, OpenAI models and APIs such as GPT4 and Chat-GPT.• Working with the best MLOps and DevOps practices and infrastructures, including Office 365 products, Azure DevOps and AWS Cloud Services such as Sagemaker.

• Achieved to predict whether a plant is stressed from its electrical emissions, with state-of-the-art accuracy and speed.• This is study on the plant's electrical signal emissions to predict which type of stress a plant is suffering, is being carried out with Data Analysis and Machine Learning techniques. Some types of stressors are drought and different types of nutrient deficits.• Working on-site in Switzerland with the purpose of elaborating my Bachelor's thesis.• These successful results will lead to the creation of automated agriculture.
