  Professional expertise :-I provide pragmatic, tailored tax planning advice to a wide range of clients, including individuals, trusts and owner-managed businesses. I spend a substantial proportion of my time on capital taxes planning (Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax), including advising on business structures to secure valuable tax reliefs. I have significant experience in advising land owners on the tax implications of selling land for residential development, and also provide advice in respect of property ownership and associated transactions.I also advise on the implementation and management of employee share schemes, particularly Enterprise Management Incentive schemes.As well as advising clients, I regularly acts as an Expert Witness on UK tax matters, particularly as a Single Joint Expert Witness in matrimonial cases.
