Project included building business case, form strategic roadmap, market analysis (FCR, FRR, flexibility markets), battery energy storage systems (BESS), analyze technical and commercial requirements, presentation to senior management and the board. • Project manager, Customer migration - Payment service industryProject manager for the key account migration of a payment service provider for some of the biggest Nordic retailers. Project responsibility included planning and alignment with key stakeholders (incl. customers, banks, card schemes and internal departments), leading a Nordic team of KAM and CSM, and reporting to management. • Project lead, New digital service development - District Heating industryProject manager for new digital service development. Project included engaging and analyzing customer needs, benchmark of services offered in the market.

📍 The master thesis addressed the possibilities and challenges of local flexibility markets and included a case study in the Gothenburg region with 15+ companies from different sectors. The topic is in an innovative stage and the concept i spreading, leading to 750+ downloads of the thesis.
