My story begins with the end of this ”about” text…In 2012 I was part of a transformation from an old ERP system to a more modern one. It was a tough implementation, we started in november and went live 1st of March! This was the start of my ERP journey. I realized that this is what I want to do, implementing ERP’s and help others to benefit from a High performing system. So I sat a goal for 5 years, studying and wvolving and 5 years later I signed my employee contract with Infor as a functional M3 consultant. I began my working life as a maritime engineer. I took a threemonth trip on an oil tanker transporting crude oil from Lima, Peru to most of the harborson the way thru Panama and up to Boston.Although this was exciting, I realized it wasn’t what I wanted to do so I started taking eveningcourses to improve my grades and getting the classes I needed to go to the university.In the meantime, I got a job at Applied Vacuum Technologies (AVAC) where I wasassembling vacuum equipment for metallizing laser-discs. After AVAC closed in 1995, Isecured a job at Sensistor AB. In the beginning, I took care of storage and some assemblyand quality control work. After a few years I transferred to service and maintenance.In 2000, Sensistor AB became Sensistor Technologies AB and the company quicklyexpanded and I took the opportunity to switch to customer service and sales logistics. I completed a course in business economics and after that I studied the foundations of logistics for half a year. It was a rather busy time since I was working full time. Sensistor (Adixen AB) became a part of INFICON in 2011My title is Customer Service and Logistics and my main responsibility is to take care ofthe sales distribution and maintenance of the warehouse. I am also responsiblefor accepting direct orders from INFICON daughter companies and shipping thecorresponding goods directly. Last year it was decided that we shouldimplement SAP at INFICON AB and I was asked to be the project manager for theimplementation. The project timeline was aggressive so it was a challenge, but at thesame time it was a lot of fun. I really enjoy learning a new system and realizing itsbenefits.
