Daniel E. Greenleaf is the Chief Executive Officer of Duly Health and Care, the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian-direct­ed med­ical group in the nation with more than 1,000 pri­ma­ry care and spe­cial­ty care physi­cians and more than 7,000 team mem­bers, in over 190 loca­tions. The Duly Health and Care brand encom­pass­es three med­ical groups – DuPage Med­ical Group, Quin­cy Med­ical Group and The South Bend Clin­ic. Daniel was the former President and CEO of Modivcare where under his leadership the company grew its EBITDA from $52mm to >$200mm, expanded its revenue from $1.5B to $2.4B, completed 6 transformative acquisitions and achieved historic valuation levels; prior to that he was former president and CEO of BioScrip, Inc., the largest independent provider of infusion care with 70 locations, including 54 ambulatory infusion centers, ~2,100 teammates, & ~$800mm in revenue. Daniel spearheaded the turnaround & successful merger with Option Care (Aug. 2019), which created the largest home healthcare services company with pro forma revenue & EBITDA approaching $3B & $300mm, respectively, & delivered a 4x plus return to investors. Prior to BioScrip, Daniel was CEO & Chairman of Home Solutions Infusion Services where he led the turnaround (including double digit increases in both revenue & EBITDA) & eventual sale to BioScrip.Before Home Solutions, Daniel was President & CEO of Coram Specialty Services, and led Coram to become the industry leader in home infusion & one of the top-performing healthcare companies in the U.S. Under his leadership, valuation of the company increased from $350mm to $2.1B.Daniel serves on the Boards of Duly Health and Care, Alliance Homecare, Gryphon Executive Advisory Board, the University of Miami's Health Sector & Policy Board, & Denison University's Board of Advisors. He has been a member of the international group, Young President's Organization (YPO), since 2004. He has been a guest lecturer on leadership at the University of Pennsylvania & University of Miami.Daniel is a proud graduate of Denison University with a BA in Economics and is recognized with the Alumni Citation - the highest honor bestowed upon a Denisonian. He also holds an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Miami. A military veteran, he was a captain & navigator in the United States Air Force & served in Operation Desert Storm.
