In January 2017, I was promoted as the team lead of deployment to guide the growth and innovation of how SCCM is utilized across the district. Our environment contains 121 DPs, 32K+ Laptops/Tablets, and 39K Desktops. I have achieved several accomplishments: developing a Universal Task Sequence which installs specific groups of software based on system naming schemes or variables; utilizing user groups to deploy software which has aided technicians to work more efficiently; and solving software deployment issues in creative ways that normal deployment methods failed. Working within Azure for group and App provisioning, MS365 and O365 license management. I enjoy leading SCCM training seminars to engage technicians on how to better utilize SCCM for their work, read logs, and introduce novices in how SCCM functions and benefits a better way of integrating technology. Hired to assist in creating application deployment solutions through SCCM as well as technical support services.

Promoted to desktop support specialist after fulfilling HelpDesk Coordinator role for three years. Provide Level2 desktop support, Windows administration, LAN/WAN/VPN administration, Print Server administration, Windows Deployment Server administration, and Avamar backup solution for Servers and PC systems. Also manage ActiveDirectory and user administration, Exhange 2007 Management, server fileshares, and terminal server profiles. Design and implement remote application deployment solution for Servers and PC systems.

Promoted to full-time HelpDesk Coordinator after fulfilling part-time PC Technician role. Responsible for documenting and resolving HelpDesk calls, monitoring network infrastructure and critical servers, and managing critical application availability. Also manage ActiveDirectory, configure Cisco firewall, switch, router devices and security changes, Imaging, Deploying and managing ThinClients. Coordinated with IT Department regarding any cases that needed escalation, and on-site support. Create and distribute technical documents regarding IT polices and procedures, and general office duties.

Responsible for providing remote technical support, on-site support, and HelpDesk administration. Responsible for the configuration, imaging, and deployment of new PC systems through the company. Repair HP printers and configure external JetDirect boxes, cloning and imaging hard drives using Symantec Ghost, and inventorying IT equipment.
