• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff, working closely with the sales manager to oversee daily activities.• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.• Support sales managers with meetings and presentations with governmental client authorities as well as closing larger long term deals. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

• Responsible for £2 Million sales territory• To develop sales with existing accounts through effective management. • To seek out new business by developing new accounts.• To generate specifications and then ‘back sell’ into the distributors.
