By way of a brief introduction, I recently completed a contract writing promotional materials including scripts and loglines for PocketFM’s 2023/23 audio series slate. I currently have a film, DISEMBODIED MACHINES, co-written with J.H Wyman (THE MEXICAN, FRINGE), at David Goyer’s PHANTOM FOUR PRODUCTION with Brad Anderson (THE MACHINIST) attached to direct. I served as a staff writer for both J.H Wyman’s and J.J. Abrams’ FOX crime series ALMOST HUMAN, and Steven Bochco’s TNT crime series MURDER IN THE FIRST. For both shows, I wrote comedy scenes and extensive ADR. In 2022, I was selected as a 2022 WGAW TV Writer Access Diversity and Inclusion Project semi-finalist.My career began as a crime reporter, investigative journalist, and fact checker, covering murders, sex crimes, and other illicit activities. My beat shifted to editing websites (Alwayson/Red Herring/Mashable) that cover Startups in California. In addition, I wrote copy for startup websites, tutoring websites and promotional materials for tech companies. I graduated from Columbia University's Graduate School for Journalism and NYU Tisch School for the Arts.In 2020, I returned to true crime when he served as the Development Producer and writer for the First Watch true crime show Living a Nightmare which aired on Investigation Discovery. I recently wrapped the true crime series Citizen Detective for Sundance TV where I served as a writer/researcher. Citizen Detective will air in 2024. I recently completed a docu-series for Langley Productions (COPS) entitled Mr. Uno, researched, conceived, and written by me. This documentary is in pre-production.I have written and developed original television series and feature films for Allison Shearmur (HUNGER GAMES), Marc Rosen (Sense 8), John Will (Matlock) and Lionsgate. I have also written the website copy and promotional material for Non-Profit charter schools.
