Senior Analyst
CurrentResponsible for the oversight of the Asset Management division within the Planning and Development department of the Fresno Housing Authority. After showing an affinity and skill for the oversight of “back-end,” post-construction projects, the position was created for me to define and develop. In the last year, the division has grown by two staff and one intern. The purpose of the division is to create goals and objectives for each property to maximize the fiscal output of our investment projects and improve the agency portfolio. Developed comprehensive monitoring of individual properties to improve financial performance and accountability. Responsible for bringing in $2.2 million in developer fees due to the direct oversight and completion of the following items: satisfying equity installments, stabilization of organization properties, release of equity to pay off construction loans, and conversion to permanent loans. Worked, communicated and maintained professional relationships with all property stakeholders: construction, lenders, title companies, project management, architects, engineers, utility departments, financial institutions, lender’s counsels, lease-up management company, appraisers, and compliance officers from state and local agencies.
