Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure aircraft cabin for JetBlue customers on domestic and international flights. Responsible for safety procedures and equipment operation on A320, A321 and E190 aircraft. Lead guests on guided safaris at Disney's Animal Kingdom as part of the Wild Africa Trek. Responsible for the safe operation of fall protection safety equipment and supervising guest usage and fitting of equipment to ensure a safe experience. Interpret facts about African animals and conservation issues while traveling both on foot and on a safari vehicle through Disney's Animal Kingdom. Partner with multiple lines of business including Food and Beverage, Custodial and Animal Programs to ensure a seamless guest experience that meets and exceeds the guests expectations.

Solved complex guest situations across the Walt Disney World Property involving service shortfalls as well as unexpected challenges due to external factors. Responsible for the satisfaction of all guest concerns without assistance of management to ensure a timely and appropriate solution. Also lead guests on guided tours of the Magic Kingdom Park as well as VIP Tours of all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks.Helped to open the Cinderella Castle Suite at Magic Kingdom Park as part of the "Year of a Million Dreams" Celebration in 2007. During the opening I assisted with the training of Resort procedures in their relation to the operation of the suite and helped with the relationship between the Rooms Line of Business and Magic Kingdom Guest Relations.Also worked at the Administration Front Desk for MK Park Operations partnering with the executive leadership team of the park and communicating confidential information to partners throught the WDW Property. Answered incoming phone calls for the executive leaders and helped to facilitate backstage clearance into the park while partnering with the Duty Manager.
